Pepper Chicken Rice
Cooking Time : 30-40 minutes
Can be served upto 4-6 people
Basmati Rice : 700 gm ( soaked for min 1 hour)
chicken : 500 gm ( cut in cubes)
onion: 3-4 large size ( cut in cubes)
capsicum: 1-2 large size ( cut in cubes)
salt: as per taste
pepper: as per taste
water: 7 and half cups ( for 4 cups of rice)
vegetable oil: 4-6 table spoons
butter: 1-2 tablespoon
Take a kadai, heat oil and put onion cubes, saute for sometime. then, add chicken cubes and fry for sometime untill the water gets dried. Add rice and stir for sometime. after that, mix salt and black pepper as per your taste and pour hot water and give some time to boil and then cover up the lid, put the oven on low heat for 10-15 mins. Next, turn off the gas oven and add the fresh bell peppers or capsicum and butter, mix it, and cover it up for another 10 mins. Your healthy Papper chicken rice is ready to be served.
